With a focus on “fine swine” and inventive, original bean dishes, Pork & Beans is a slice—or rather, two scoops—of porcine, Pacific Northwest-style comfort, as re-imagined by Vegas’ own rock n’ roll chef, Kerry Simon (KGB, Simon Restaurant + Lounge). While our menu is purposefully lean and mean—all the better to provide quick, quality service for discerning, on-the-go diners—make no mistake, Pork & Beans is the real deal: fine, fresh, locally-sourced sausages (including a double dose of our namesake dish; classic for the kiddies and something bolder for big, bad palates) complemented by draught beers and wines by the glass.
