Kerry Simon has teamed up with Sapphire Pool & Day Club to bring his gourmet take on pool food and refreshments to pool guests.
Besides 11 cabanas there are daybeds, lounge chairs, country club locker rooms and an exclusive elevated VIP section.The Sapphire Pool & Day Club entertains 700 guests. There are two state-of-the-art bars and a merchandise store.
The fun includes world famous DJs, entertainment personalities and adult film stars. Go-Go dancers perform on the weekends and holidays and“The Sapphire Entertainers” party with the guests at the pool.
What a great way to enjoy the wonderful creations of Chef Simon. Kerry designed and created the menu with his world renowned talent specifically for this new restaurant bringing his creative flair and signature dishes to the Sapphire Grill. The Sapphire Grill offers anything from a quick snack to a full meal served to guests at the Sapphire Pool & Day Club Thursdays thru Sundays. The menu is unique and extraordinary ranking head and shoulders above the other pool & day clubs in Las Vegas.
