An inventive menu implements a unique concentration on the freshest seasonal items and quality organic ingredients. Known as a celebrity hot spot, Simon Restaurant & Lounge overlooks a sparkling view of the Vegas strip and Spring Mountains.
Simon’s regular brunch menu is served every Sunday from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. and consists of enticing buffet stations including freshly-pressed paninis, sushi and peel ‘n eat shrimp, along with a variety of à la carte items and a Bloody Mary bar.
